* Hale Kaku and Hale Ulua dorm facilities both have a bathroom but are not equipped with showers. Showers are in the adjacent building (NSF lab).
** Lanai suite guests must use Beach House or Pauley Classroom Kitchen.

One-time linen fee: $5 per bed. Linen fee includes sheets, pillowcase and pillow, and a towel. A blanket will be provided if requested (call housing managers at 808-391-7158).
In order to confirm a reservation a credit card number and signed authorization (see HIMB Housing Application) and/or PO (purchase order) must be submitted. For the credit card authorization, you must fax or mail in your HIMB housing application to HIMB, Fiscal Office, P.O. Box 1346, Kaneohe, HI 96744 or fax to (808) 236-7443, attention: Fiscal Office
Changes made to your confirmed reservation that are more than one week of the reservation date will not be assessed additional fees. However, changes made one week prior to the reservation date will be assessed a flat rate fee of $20.00 to your credit card. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours of the reservation date will be assessed a fee for the cost of 1 night stay.
If you are paying with a Purchase Order and need to make changes to your reservations – addition fees will be the responsibility of the visitor and must be paid prior to changes.
After your arrival and verification of your travel plans with the Fiscal office, an invoice will be presented to you (a pre-invoice can be generated prior to your visit if requested, by contacting: alesia@hawaii.edu).
To settle this invoice you must provide a form of payment (check, credit card or US currency) to the Fiscal office prior to your departure. The Fiscal Office is open to receive payments Monday thru Thursday from 08:00 to 16:00. Please note that graduate residents are not authorized to accept payments.

If you are staying for an extended period of time, you will be charged at the beginning of the month.
Dorm housing comes with pots and pans, dishes and utensils and toilet tissue. Lanai suites have communal access to a kitchen.
