Go to Calendar 2008

The HIMB Northwestern Hawaiian Islands Research Partnership Outreach Program participates in many school and community events. Interactive table displays highlighting the tools and equipment used by researchers in the Monument are used for a wide range of age groups. Participation in career days, specialized tours, classroom visits, public lectures and general events in the community allow us to share the science of the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands and encourage student interest in marine science careers.
