Attach the PS3 Entry Form, Student Participation Form, Health & Emergency Form, Student Code, and JSHS Release Form when you send in your research or library paper to the Hawaii Academy of Science office:

OBSERVERS:
Airfare and lodging will not be provided for student or teacher observers. If you would like to attend the Symposium as an observer, please contact the Hawaii Academy of Science office at 956-7930 for permission.
