Chancellor, Kapi‘olani Community College
Leon Richards
Leon Richards assumed the role of acting chancellor of Kap‘olani Community College in July 2005 and was appointed permanently to the post in July 2007.
Since joining the O‘ahu campus in 1977, he has served as assistant dean of instruction, acting provost, dean of instruction and, most recently, senior academic dean.
