FAQ - Requesting Information

  1. How can I get a general information packet sent to me?
    The easiest way to get on our mailing list is to complete the Online Information Request Form.

  2. How do I get a catalog?
    The catalog can be found on-line at www.catalog.hawaii.edu. If you prefer a hard copy, you may purchase one at the UH bookstore located in the Campus Center, or purchase and have one shipped to you by calling the bookstore at (808) 956-4338 or through the web site at www.bookstore.hawaii.edu.

  3. How can I receive an application for admission?
    There are several ways to get an application. You can go to the University of Hawaii at Manoa Admissions and Records website www.hawaii.edu/admrec and click on "Request Application". This will enable you to download and print an application. If you prefer to receive an application by mail, you can click on "Proceed to On-line Request Form"; an application will be mailed to you after you submit the requested information. Finally, you can call the Office of Admissions and Records at (808) 956-8975 or 1 (800) 823-9771 to request one by mail.
