Chapter
31: Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance
This chapter
is for veterans who are disabled and are receiving benefits
through Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Veterans Affairs.
The Vocational Rehabilitation department can be contacted at
(808) 433-0560. Eligible veterans receive payment for
tuition, books, supplies, and a monthly stipend.
These benefits
are processed with VA Form 28-1905. This form can be obtained
from your Chapter 31 counselor. The form is then brought to
the University VA Certifying Official for processing.
