STORY BANK

Stories are a powerful and moving tool that connects people. It captures the human aspects of caregiving in ways that statistics cannot. Family caregivers often feel isolated from others, rarely getting a chance to share their story or openly express their feelings and concerns. Sometimes by writing a story and sharing it with family or friends, family caregivers feel solace and support.

The following are true stories submitted by Hawaii 's family caregivers. We hope that these stories provide possible answers for those of you who are struggling with your own journey.
