ALA-SC and the LIS program are pleased to present a special brownbag lecture by Australian scholar Dr. Matthew Fishburn on Wednesday, November 9 @ 4:00pm in Bilger 319. Dr. Fishburn will be in Hawaii to share part of his dissertation on libraries, reading, and bookburning during the second world war.

Dr. Karen Peacock, Head of Special Collections at Hamilton LIbrary, has graciously agreed to give ALA-SC a special 45-minute guided tour of selected rare books in the Making Connections/Treasures of The Library exhibit, currently featured at the Gallery in the Art Building.
