“ASAA was an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend it for anyone who love the sun, to be outside and to have a great time.” Chelsea (University of San Diego)

“The ASAA program was a wonderful asset to my education. At the University of Hawaii at Manoa I was able to explore the art of puppetry and the theatrical art forms of Non-Western nations, while also exploring the Hawaiian culture. Kennedy Theatre and the Ernst Lab are great spaces and my experience in the youth theatre production of Kraken Ka: The Komodo Dragon was one I'll never forget. If you're a theatre major looking for more diverse and unique topics then UH is a great place come! Make sure you make contact with students and teachers before you get here- you might just end up in a show like I did. As for the campus, be prepared for palm trees that seem to touch the sky, the smell of fresh plumeria in the air, freak rain storms, and a lot of walking. But hey, at least you'll be in shape and tan when you leave!” Kelly (Niagara University)
