^*1st Submission Deadline is suggested for (but not limited to) new protocols, full renewals, and significant revisions which require veterinary and compliance office review. The earlier submission and preliminary reviews enhances the likelihood of protocol approval. 1st Submission deadlines are Monday 12:00 PM noon of the indicated dates.

*2nd Submission Deadline is suggested for annual renewals (no changes) and minor revisions. 2nd Submission deadlines are Monday 12:00 PM noon of the indicated dates.

*The committee usually meets on the third Thursday of each month unless indicated in the schedule. See exception (December 05). Earlier closing and meeting date due to winter semester break and holiday period.
