Combat Water Survival Test (CWST)
CWST, is used to measure cadets' swimming skills and their ability to face challenges they may encounter as future Lieutenants in the water.
CWST consists of: jumping from the high dive (3 meters) while blind folded with a weapon in hand, swimming 15 meters with weapon in uniform, and jumping into the water and removing all gear while submerged.
Swim Test
The swim test is used to measure cadets' swimming skills. The swim test consists of: swimming continuously for 10 minutes and treading water for 5 minutes.
Army Physical Fitness Test
Cadets of the University of Hawaii Army ROTC Warrior Battalion take part in the Army Physical Fitness Test.
