Universities all around the US are being asked more and more to seek funding for our needs. In the discipline of visual arts, our needs include:
- new equipment and maintainance of existing equipment
- tuition waivers and scholarships for graduate and undergraduate students
- teaching fellowships for graduate students
- competitive travel and material grants for students
- extracurricular initiatives (workshops, exhibitions, visiting artist programs, etc)If you are interest in contributing to the Photography Program or the Department of Art and Art History
Contribution Details
Contributions to the University of Hawai'i are tax deductible. The donor is able to stipulate that her/his contribution go toward a specific media program or extracurricular use (i.e. scholarships).
