Nancy Koenigsberg was born in 1927 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She attended Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, New York, 1981–1983; New School, New York City, 1974–1977; and she holds a BA from Goucher College, Baltimore, Maryland, 1949.

My interest is in creating a sense of weightlessness and luminescence by manipulating overlapping layers of narrow gauge wire.
