“Nothing is the Same” is an award-winning play that tells the story of wartime Hawai‘i through the eyes of four children who witness the attack on Pearl Harbor.

After the performance, join us for a post-performance talk on the legacy of honorary doctorate, Shimeji Kanazawa.

Reception with refreshments and light fare will follow. The reception will be an opportunity for the Kanazawas along with director Tim Dang and hula consultant (and UH Mānoa alum) Kelsey Chock to speak with the group.
