Old Becomes New: Music for Advent and the Reformation
UH Choirs: University Chorus, Concert Choir and Chamber Singers
Friday, November 17, 2017, 7:30pm at St. Andrew’s Cathedral

The UH Choirs, under the direction of Jeremy Wong, will present their fall concert at St. Andrew’s Cathedral, located in downtown Honolulu at Queen Emma Square. The University Chorus, Concert Choir, and Chamber Singers will perform.

The choirs will perform works both new and old celebrating the season of Advent, as well as honoring the 500th anniversary of the Lutheran Reformation, honoring the music of established composers such as Bach, Brahms, and Telemann, while also presenting newer works by living composers such as Abbie Betinis and Eric Whitacre.

Tickets at the door: $12 general admission; $8 UH faculty/staff/students and seniors (65+); $5 UHM music majors.
