This talk will describe and discuss important features of New-New Confucianism in contrast or comparison with what is known as “Post-New Confucianism” in regard to methodology, metaphysics, epistemology, ethics and political philosophy.
Dr. Liuqin Xi, author of The Third Generation: Confucian Hermeneutics and Innovation (in Chinese, Chinese Social Sciences Publishing, 2011) specializes in modern and contemporary New Confucianism, especially the third generation New Confucianism.
