factories in Nepal. This is the story of one girl, Suri, and her friends.
Because of harsh family circumstances, they are forced to work 16-hour
days weaving rughs to fill unreasonably high quotas or face severe
punishments. The friendships that develop among the girls help them deal
with the bleak realities of their lives.
