How do I subscribe to the UH Email Forwarding Service?

First, open a web browser and browse to http://www.hawaii.edu/username. Once there, enter your UH Username and password and click Sign-in or hit the Enter/Return key on your keyboard.

Once you are in, click the link for Mail Forwarding Options. You will be taken to the Email Forwarding page.

Click on Mail Forwarding Options.

Select the Enable forwarding and Do not leave copy on server checkboxes. In the Email Address text box, type in the non-UH email address to which your email messages will be forwarded, and click the Add button. If you would like to add more than one non-UH email address, repeat this process until all non-UH email addresses appear in the Mail Forwarding List text box. Finally, click on the Verify Email Address button. A verification message will be sent to all email addresses listed in the Mail Forwarding List text box.

Next, login to your non-UH email account, and open the verification message. The message will contain a verification code. Type the verification code in the Enter the verification code text box, and click the Verify Code button. Once verified, hit the Save button to complete the process.

A verification code is sent to your non-UH email address(es).

Any emails sent to your UH email address will now be forwarded directly to the accounts in the Mail Forwarding List.
