Scanning (Optical Mark Reader) Services:
Faculty/staff may submit standard NCS forms (bubble sheets used for standardized tests) to be scanned. The Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Service Request Form is available at the Keller 103 delivery window. Complete a request form and submit it along with the NCS forms to the operators.
