For UH affiliates:
Since you have a PC using Windows XP, Windows Vista, Window 7 or Windows 8, you will want to download McAfee AntiVirus Plus.
Note: McAfee Antivirus Plus is no longer available for download. Please use an alternate antivirus product.
Before you download the actual anti-virus software, please review the installation instructions.
WARNING: if you do not uninstall any existing anti-virus software before installing McAfee AntiVirus Plus, you will encounter serious problems that may require editing your registry or reinstalling Windows.
At this point, you will need to
Locate and double-click on the appropriate application (.EXE) file you downloaded in Step 4 to begin the installation process for your VirusScan software. Be sure to carefully follow all the installation instructions you viewed in Step 3.
Click Help on the upper right of the McAfee AntiVirus Plus home page. Click the help link under Help and Support for step-by-step information on using your software.
