1. Start MS Outlook. 2. Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Email Accounts." 3. Select "View or change existing email accounts." 4. Click on "Next." 5. Highlight the email account you would like to edit. 6. Click on "Change..." 7. Click on "More Settings..." 8. Click on the "Advanced" tab. 9. Please make sure there is a check next to "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" for both the Incoming and Outgoing server. 10. Please enter 465 in the box for the Outgoing Server (SMTP). 11. Click on "OK." 12. Click on "Next." 13. Click on "Finish" to save and close this window.
