Firefox 2.0

1. PC: Go to the Tools menu and select Options
   Mac: Go to the Firefox menu and select Preferences
2. Click on the Privacy icon
3. Click on Show Cookies
4. Click on Remove All Cookies
5. PC: Click Close, then click OK
   Mac: Click on the red dot in the upper left corner of the window

Internet Explorer 6

1. Go to the Tools menu and click on Internet Options.
2. Ciick on Delete Cookies...
3. Click OK, then click OK again

Internet Explorer 7

1. Go to the Tools menu and click on Internet Options
2. Click on Delete
3. Click on Delete cookies
4. Click Close, then click OK

Safari

1. Go to the Safari menu and select Preferences
2. Click on the Security icon
3. Click on Show Cookies
4. Click on Remove All
5. Click on Done
6. Close window by clicking on red dot in upper left corner of the window

Netscape 7.1

1. PC: Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences
   Mac: Go to the Netscape menu and select Preferences
2. On the left side, click on the triangle next to Privacy and Security
3. Click on Cookies
4. On the right side, click on Manage Stored Cookies
5. Click on Remove All Cookies
6. Click Close, then click OK
