Firefox 2.0 and 3.0

1. PC: Go to the Tools menu and select Options
   Mac: Go to the Firefox menu and select Preferences
2. Click on the Privacy icon
3. Under the "Cookies" section, check the box for "Accept cookies from sites". "Keep until" should be set to "they expire".
4. Click on Exceptions and make sure myuhportal.hawaii.edu is not on this list
5. PC: Click Close, then click OK
   Mac: Click on the red dot in the upper left corner of the window

Internet Explorer 6 and 7

1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options
2. Click on the Privacy tab
3. Make sure it's set to Medium
4. Click OK

Safari

1. Go to the Safari menu and select Preferences
2. Click on the Security icon
3. Under "Accept Cookies" select "Only from sites you navigate to"
4. Click on the red dot in the upper left corner of the window

Netscape 7.1

1. PC: Go to the Edit menu and select Preferences
   Mac: Go to the Netscape menu and select Preferences
2. On the left side, click on the triangle next to Privacy and Security
3. Click on Cookies
4. Make sure "Enable cookies based on privacy settings" Is selected.
5. Click on View and make sure it's set to medium
6. Click OK, then click OK again
