Satellite Downlink Request Form

To find out whether your UH campus provides satellite support, please go to the Satellite Coordination website and contact your satellite support provider directly for your request.

If your campus does not have satellite technical support, Information Technology Services (ITS), Distributed Learning and User Services division (DLUS) will provide coordination with UH Manoa Language Learning Center to utilize their satellite dish and distribute the satellite program to your campus through one of the UH video technology networks. It is the responsibility of the requestor to obtain the appropriate clearance(s) from the producer of the teleconference, if requesting to send this program to multiple sites, or sites other than the campus where the satellite dish is located.
