Receiving, Shipping, Warehousing, and Custodial departments support merchandising operations by receiving and shipping all merchandise, and storing merchandise in warehouse facilities. The department is responsible for all deliveries on and off campus. Custodial personnel maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store as well as repairs and maintenance of equipment and fixtures. The Cashiering staff operates the bookstore's Point of Sale system to record all transactions, including scholarship charges and departmental requisitions.
