the CC registration code on SFAREGS. Resolution: This is a change,
not a defect. All registration codes except DD and DW cannot be
deleted. For CCs that were entered in error, see your registrar.

Resolved: When a class is offered with more than one meeting time
per week or more than one instructor, the key class information (e.g.
institution, term, CRN) is re-displayed on each line where additional
information for that class appears. This may mislead some users into
thinking that there are multiple registrations for the same course,
when it is simply a matter of double display of the key information for
a single class.
SFASTCA
Unable to Extract Data with Key
using term code. FRM: Oracle error results. Resolution: Enter
registration date range for the term you want to query instead.
SFRRGAM
Incorrect results are produced for
this report. Resolution: Pending. Do NOT run this report until it
has been VPDed.

Unable to Record Remove an entry Resolution: Record Remove, then Roll Back. When question is posed: "Do
you want to save?" click "Yes" and transaction will be removed and
saved.
SHARQTC
Unable to save transcript request. Resolution: Check to see if an appropriate entry has been made in the transcript "Type" field. It is now
required.
SHRTRTC
Unable to process academic transcript. Resolution: On SHARQTC, the Transcript Request form, the
transcript "Type" field must be entered. Null is no longer acceptable
in 6x. Resolution: Do not use SSN under the Special Print field. Resolution: Check to ensure that your printer is configured correctly
with Banner, i.e., SNMP is turned on, and the SNMP domain is set to
PUBLIC (this is required). Resolution: Banner printers MUST have static IP addresses, and MUST
NOT have dynamic IP addresses such as DHCP. Check to see if your
printer's IP address changed. If so, the Banner ID Management Team
(email: Banner-idmgmt@hawaii.edu) must be informed of the change. This
is a MUST in order to print from Banner.
SSASECT
Resolved: Now able to add new entries or save updates. Problem: Unable to add new entries or save updates. When entering part of term code, the dates from the wrong institution
ends up populating the form.

FACULTY DETAIL SCHEDULE

Problem: Faculty teaching at
more than one institution may not see all their classes displayed. Resolution: Pending
FACULTY PHONE NUMBERS
Faculty phone numbers on the
Office Hours page is a drop down of available phone numbers on that person's
record in Banner (SPATELE). Problem: Most faculty office numbers are not
currently entered in Banner so it cannot be selected for display. Resolution: The faculty member would first need to enter their office number
via Personal Information on the web, or administrative staff on the campus
with access to SPATELE could enter the information.
OFFICE HOURS
Faculty can now input their
office hours so it's viewable on the web by students via the Faculty Detail
Schedule. Problem: Only first line is displayed. Resolution: Pending
SYLLABUS
Faculty can now input their
class syllabus for viewing by students on self-service via the Faculty
Detail Schedule. Problem: The CRN is the link to this information from
the class search page, but not from the student's schedule. Resolution:
Pending. A link to syllabus information from the student's schedule will be
enabled in the future.
