Sam Liʻa was a music composer who spent his life in the remote valley of Waipiʻo on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi. The director of the video and well known Hawaiian musician Eddie Kamae was inspired by Sam Liʻa. Experience Kamae’s gratitude and love for Li‘a in a visual song.
