Professor Syukuro Manabe, Princeton University, will speak on "Simulated ENSOs with Interannual and Decadal Time Scales and their Amplitude Modulation." A discussion of the variability of El Nino-Southern Oscillation events in coupled ocean-atmosphere model simulations, and how this variability changes in global warming simulations. The lecture is free and open to the public
