Maori Activist and Educator Esther Tinirau

Esther Tinirau is a lecturer in Maori studies at Massey University, and a long term activist and cultural practitioner with her people of Whanganui, Ngati Rangi, and Ngati Tuwharetoa. She will be speaking about her research on Maori land corporations at Whanganui, and what they are doing with regard to cultural heritage and identity.
