Physics and Astronomy Open House
November 19, 8:30am - 12:30pmManoa Campus, Watanabe Hall and Krauss Annex
Department of Physics and Astronomy will have an open house on Sat., Nov. 19. There will be nine sites in Watanabe Hall and one site in Krauss Annex. These sites will feature physics and astronomy research at UH, and applications of physics described by UH faculty and students.
Primarily high school teachers and students are invited, but university students and the general public are welcome.
The activities begin at 8:30 a.m. with an overview of the events. Groups will follow a schedule until 11 a.m. Participants can informally visit or revisit sites between 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
