Hesperus and Yukimi Kambe Viol Consort Concert

Two concerts in one: (1) Hesperus will perform all Renaissance pieces—some written, some improvised—for the viola da gamba, ending with Richard Dering’s City Cries using audience participation; and (2) the Yukimi Kambe Viol Consort will play a variety of old and new pieces for the gamba—chosen by audience voting. Part of the Pan-Pacific Gamba Gathering, July 31-August 4.
