Army ROTC Summer Commissioning

Seven new second lieutenants will be commissioned into the U.S. Army from the University of Hawai'i Army ROTC program.
Come watch this tremendous event life changing event for these new leaders.
The Hon. Congressman Neil Abercrombie will be the guest speaker and give the oath of office to these newly commissioned Officers.
