"Treatment of Guantanamo Detainees". Speakers Avi Soifer (Dean, School of Law), Darryl Matthews (M.D., Psychiatry), and Jon Van Dyke (Professor, School of Law) will discuss humanitarian, U.S., and international legal issues raised by the treatment of detainees held by the U.S. at the military base in Guantanamo, Cuba. The moderator will be Senator Gary Hooser.
