Basics of Home Brewing
In this introductory workshop series, learn basic techniques for brewing hand-crafted ales in the comfort of your own home. Topics coverd include brewing, fermentation, sanitization, bottling, and the history of beer brewing in America. If you;ve ever thought about trying to make your own beer, here’s the perfect opportunity! Additional $4-7 lab fee required for necessary brewing ingredients.
