Capoeria

This course provides an introduction into the basic movements and techniques of Capoeira in the style of Capoeira Regional. Capoeira is an Afro-Brazillian art form that combines martial arts, acrobatics and dance. You will learn stretching, basic movements, kicks and defenses, as well as an introduction to the music and songs of Capoeira.
