TALENT102 is one of the pay for, hands-on portion of the TALENT Summer Institute taught at the Manoa Hilo, Maui and Kauai campus locations. Workshops begin on the Manoa campus July 7 and ends on the Maui campus July 25. The 102 sessions target faculty/staff new to the world of web based, distance education and our supported online course management system.
The hands-on workshop is designed to orient faculty/staff to our web course management & collaboration system (Laulima). Activities often include working with various tools used to communicate/interact with students as well as manage and assess student work.
Workshop sessions typically run from 8:30am to 4:00pm at the Manoa campus and 9:00am to 4:30pm at **neighbor island campus locations (lunch with speaker is included).
