HCC Activity: Meet the Mayoral Candidates

The Associated Student of the University of Hawaii at Honolulu Community College host a question and answer forum with the candidates running for the office of Honolulu Mayor.
(incumbent Mayor Mufi Hannemann, Councilwoman Ann Kobayashi and University of Hawai‘i Professor Panos Prevedouros – are expected to atttend)
The goal of this forum is to give students and our community a better understanding of each candidate’s position on the issues that will impact Honolulu’s future. Many students are interested in the mass transit issue, but our concerns and questions run much deeper-housing cost, roads, taxes, education, and the future of Hawaii. We look forward to hearing the views of these candidates
Ice cream and refreshments will be served. Seating will be limited so please come early.
