Manoa Makeover at Krauss Pond

The Outreach College seeks volunteers for a Manoa Makeover event to clean up Krauss Pond on Saturday, Aug. 29 and Sunday, Aug. 30.
The project involves draining the pond, taking all the fish and plants out of the pond into the baby pools, scooping out the accumulated dirt in the pond, pressure washing the pond, and returning the fish and plants to the pond. The whole operation will take two days. However, any time you can spend to help would be appreciated. Manoa Makeover t-shirts will be provided while supplies last. Please specify your T-shirt size(M-3X).
Tools will be provided but please bring with you the following:
garden gloves, sun protection (hats, caps and sun screen), rubber boots, (if you have), fish nets to scoop fish out of the pond (if you have).
Bento lunch, snacks, and water will be provided for volunteers.
