Mr. Edwin Sniffen of the Hawaii Department of Transportation will present the department's plans for "Upcoming Relief Projects" in the primary corridor of Honolulu at the weekly meeting of "Engineers and Architects of Hawaii" (EAH), the oldest organization of its kind in the State (est. 1902), Constantinos S. Papacostas, Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering, presiding. Lunch is included in the price of admission.
