Dr. Laura Kong, Director of the International Tsunami Information Center (ITIC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), will discuss "The September 29, 2009 Samoa tsunami and its aftermath" at the weekly luncheon meeting of "Engineers and Architects of Hawaii" (EAH), the oldest association of its kind in Hawaii (est. 1902), Constantions S. Papacostas, Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering, UH Manoa, presiding.
