Equity Summit: The Challenge of Equity in HawaiiJanuary 21, 2011 - January 22, 2011

The first Equity Summit organized by Faith Action for Community Equity (FACE) and cosponsored by the School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene will be held on Friday January 21, 6:30-7:45 p.m. at the Art Auditorium, and Saturday January 22, 9a.m.-5:30 p.m. at the Campus Center.
The summit will cover issues ranging from jobs and the economy, housing, health, immigration, and issues faced by Polynesian communities in Hawaii.
The purpose of the summit is to seek a deeper understanding of the set of issues that Hawaii faces-not only for FACE's membership but also for the larger public. See the flier for program details...
