September 15, 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Mānoa Campus, Hamilton Library Room 113 Add to Calendar

Still searching Google to find images? Try ARTstor. It is one of the best subscription databases providing more than one million images in the arts, architecture, humanities, and social sciences. High quality images have been contributed by outstanding museums, universities, artists' estates, etc., and are free to download for your academic work.

Topics covered in the workshop: when and how you can use ARTstor images for your paper/project; how to register, search, organize, cite images, and make presentations using images. This workshop is useful for students who have not used or are less familiar with ARTstor, and those who would like to get a refresher for this semester.

Please RVSP to Kanako Iwase at: kanako3@hawaii.edu with your name and major. If you miss the prior registration, you can still walk in on that day.

Who can attend: Students who study at the Manoa campus, and have a valid UH email address

What to bring: It is recommended to bring a warm jacket since the room is very cold.
