Change is in the air in the Oklahoma Territory in 1906. Statehood is imminent; ranchers and farmers struggle to put aside differences; Curly wrestles with his future. As Laurey makes the transition from girl to woman, dreams intercept reality. Some of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s most memorable songs blend with dance and story in this landmark musical.
