Kundalini Yoga is a technique that works by mainly strengthening the nervous system and bringing it into a balanced state that benefits the rest of our physiological systems. A constant practice of Kundalini yoga helps to build up concentration and the ability to fully de-stress and relax. It is helpful for students and the general public because it provides tools to cope with daily stress and awaken our intuition so that one can remain calm in challenging situations (such as exams, jobs, relationships, etc.) and respond in a creative and positive way.

All dance and fitness classes are FREE for UH Manoa students. Spaces are limited so register now! Come in to the Student Recreation Services office located at 1337 Lower Campus Road PE/A Room 200.
