Vinyasa Flow Yoga (T/Th)

Yoga is for everybody and this class is open to all levels and physical ability! Vinyasa Flow Yoga weaves asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) into a rhythmic, conscious, and dynamic practice. Each movement is linked to a breath bringing you into a full awareness, you will increase your strength and flexibility, quiet your thoughts, and open yourself up to the endlessness that is within you. Fusing linear based alignment with an Ashtanga inspired practice, and Vinyasa Flow sequencing for a challenging yet healing yoga experience.
All fitness and dance classes are FREE for UH Manoa students. Spaces are limited so register now! Come in to the Student Recreation Services office located at 1337 Lower Campus Road PE/A Room 200.
