Men’s and Women’s Division
Maximum of 7 players per team
*MAXIMUM OF TWO COLLEGIATE PLAYERS (PAST/CURRENT) PER TEAM
*MUST HAVE VALIDATED UH I.D.

1st Place: $100 per team member
2nd Place: $50 per team member

Pick up applications at:
- Recreational Sports Board Office (Hemenway 101)
- Ticket, Information & ID Office (CC 211)
- Student Recreation Services Office (PE/A 200)

Applications can be turned in early to the Student Recreational Services Office (Lower Campus PE/A 200) to guarantee a spot for the night.
