Badminton I (Sat)

In Badminton I, you will learn the rules and etiquette of the game along with stroke development, conditioning, and strategy. The course is designed for beginning players who may or may not have had formal instruction in skills and strategy.
All dance and fitness classes are FREE for UH Manoa students. Spaces are limited so register now! Come in to the Student Recreation Services office located at 1337 Lower Campus Road PE/A Room 200.
