Colleges of Arts & Sciences Alumni Association 8th Annual Wine Pairing Dinner

The 8th Annual Wine Pairing Dinner, presented by the Colleges of Arts & Sciences Alumni Association, is a benefit for the CASAA Scholarship Endowment.
Chef Warren Uchida and his Asia-Pacific course students will present guests with a contemporary Pacific Rim Menu infused with classical Asian flavors and techniques.
Chef David Brown and his patisserie class will conclude the culinary experience with delightfully delicious dessert.
Specially selected wines will accompany each course.
