Discovering Historical Parades and Processions from China, Korea, and Ryukyu dur

The University of Hawaii at Manoa and the National Museum of Japanese History are holding a joint event in Honolulu. The UHM Library's collection of art depicting emissaries from the Ryukyu Kingdom will return to UH and a public lecture, an exhibit, and symposium will give Hawai‘i audiences a firsthand look at both Okinawan scrolls.
