April 1, 2013 - April 5, 2013
Mānoa Campus, Art Building, Commons Gallery Add to Calendar

Noah Matteucci presents his graduate thesis exhibition, "void loop ( )," in the Commons Gallery at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. "void loop ( )" examines the complex series of loops that structure our material and digital worlds. This mixed media installation centers on the continuous looping of paper through dot matrix printers and repurposed business shredders. The viewer interacts and collaborates with the work as the printers record analog sensory data—light, sound, and atmospheric noise—from the surrounding gallery space.

The exhibition runs from Monday, April 1 through Friday, April 5. An opening reception will be held on Monday, April 1 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Commons Gallery.
